Crystal Healing
Crystal Healing is a form of energy therapy that utilises the healing properties of crystals to re-balance and harmonise the client’s bio-magnetic field. Every crystal has a unique vibration according to its atomic structure and outer shape, so that when applied in a therapeutic context, the crystals can help activate, support and often accelerate the natural self-healing process.
Crystal Healing aims to restore wholeness, balance and health; emotionally, mentally, physically and spiritually. This therapeutic approach aims to relieve both acute and chronic conditions including stress and anxiety through revitalisation, relaxation and the promotion of physical harmony.

There are thousands of different minerals and crystals. Most healers work with one hundred or so different varieties; however during a healing session only a few of these will be applied. The energies of specific crystals may be calming, energising, purifying, grounding or uplifting.
During a session, the healer will help clients to relax and then place crystals on different parts of the body, often corresponding to the chakras, or place crystals around the body in an attempt to construct a healing energy grid to surround the client.
The client remains fully clothed throughout the treatment and may experience a slight tingling or nothing at all. Changes still happen on subtle levels. At times, issues may slightly intensify before being released. This occurs usually within three days of a treatment.
Crystals have been used for healing since ancient times by many different cultures. Crystal Healing is often used to help support the following conditions: acute and chronic conditions, stress related conditions, states of anxiety, pre/post operative care, terminal illness. Crystal Healing also supports the natural self-healing processes within the individual client.
