After an initial consultation assessing one’s needs, you will be guided through simple breathing exercises to induce a relaxed state of consciousness before meditative visualisation techniques or journeying are undertaken to find the cause of the imbalance. Once the problem is located, various techniques may be used to release the blockages, allowing purer energy to restore the correct vibratory frequency to the organism.
Treatments are hands off the body and the
